National Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The theme for the National Catholic Schools Week 2017 is “Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service.”
DAYCARE Catholic Schools Week Celebration
MONDAY JAN. 30TH “Thank You Fr. Tom Heron Day” – The children honored and presented a gift for Fr. Heron to show our appreciation.
TUESDAY JAN. 31st: “Teddy Bear and Pajama Day” – The children wore their pajamas to school and brought in their favorite teddy bear.
WEDNESDAY FEB. 1st: “Thank You Parents” –
THURSDAY FEB 2nd: “Thank You Teachers” – Teachers and Staff had a special lunch. It was also our CRAZY HAT AND SOCK DAY!
FRIDAY FEB. 3rd: “Thank You God for All that We Have” – Service Project- Everyone brought in a winter item (hats, gloves, scarves, mittens) in children’s sizes for the Cradles to Crayons organization.

MONDAY JAN. 30TH: Cradles to Crayons Winter Clothes Drive. Everyone brought in new hats, gloves or mittens for children in need.
TUESDAY JAN. 31st: Teddy Bear and Pajama Day – The children wore their pajamas to school and brought in their favorite teddy bear!
WEDNESDAY FEB. 1st: Snowman Magic Show. The children enjoyed a special winter themed magic show in the school auditorium.
THURSDAY FEB 2nd: Crazy Hat and Crazy Sock Day – Teachers and Students wore a silly hat and/or socks to school today! Children’s Prayer Service – Fr. Heron joined us in church as we thank God for our friends and our school! Teacher Appreciation Luncheon – We had a special lunch for the teachers and staff members.
FRIDAY FEB. 3rd: Pizza and Movie Day – Students enjoyed a slice of Pizza and watch “The Snowman” Movie
