SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM

Pre-Jordan: Baptismal classes will be held on the 1^st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in church.  You will be required to attend a class if this is the Baptism of your first child. To schedule a Baptism submit the Baptism Form below under Sacramental Preparation. 

Baptisms are held the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rdSundays of the month after the 11:30AM Mass. To schedule a Baptism you must submit a Baptism Form located below under Sacramental Preparation. Parents must be practicing Catholics, registered in the parish. Godparents must be practicing Catholics, 16 years of age or older.
